| Cover Reveal The gracious and talented Chris Howard has done it again and captured Lieutenant Commander Emmaline Gutierrez for this incredible cover for the upcoming 4th installment of Halcyone Space: Parallax. (If you don't see the image, you may have to click "display all images" from your email provider.) This is the print version, including the wrap around back cover. The ebook cover version will have Gutierrez standing at the left hand margin. One of the fascinating aspects of working with a cover artist is that this is the first time the author gives up control of the story. While I gave Chris some basics, along with the text's description of the LC, since I am in no way a visual artist, I couldn't tell him my 'vision' for the character even if I wanted to. Certainly, I had not imagined her prosthesis in such a way. Yet, when I saw the initial concept sketches, it immediately felt right. More than right; it's perfect. It has been an absolute privilege to be able to work with Chris on the Halcyone Space series and I look forward to future collaborations. You are welcome to download the art for your personal (non-commercial) use, but please keep the attribution and link back to Chris.
