It's a good thing I already had these ready to give away, because 4 weeks ago tomorrow, I fell on my outstretched left arm and fractured/dislocated my shoulder.

Fortunately, the fracture was non-displaced and I didn't require surgery. I am healing well and will be able to start strengthening/using the arm in another 2 weeks.

I decided to give away all 3 of these and had a random generator give me 3 numbers. I then went to my subscriber list (that's you all!) and chose the emails that corresponded to those numbers.
